How to use Symmetry Modifier

for symmetry 3D model, we need only create 1/4 or 1/2  part,  can get other parts by using Symmetry Modifier. another way is that create  part then weld them, but the way is inconvenient. The advantage  of  Symmetry Modifier is that we can modify Poly at all times.
